We offer a private room with seating up to 40 guests or a semi-private room adjoining Grafton Inn Restaurant & Bar dining room that will seat up to 65 guests. The Garden Room is a smoke-free room. Available for all occasions such as business meetings, seminars, rehearsal dinners, showers, funeral luncheons, birthday parties, Christmas parties, retirement parties, anniversaries and much more. Special menus available let us cater to your needs. Call for pricing and availability! Serving buffet style, family style or sit down service. Cash bar available for your special event!

• No rental fee Monday through Thursday!
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday room charge of $200.00
• Linen service available with stemware glass, $3.50 per guest
• Tablecloth service available $7.99 per table
• Garden room available for 4 hours per rental. Additional time may be purchased.
• Minimum of 30 guests for any private room rental
• All parties add 15% gratuity
• There is a $100.00 security deposit due upon reservation. All deposits are forfeited for cancellations.
• Meeting room charge with no meals $125.00 per hour, minimum 2 hour charge. (week day rate)
• All private room rentals must have breakfast, lunch or dinner entrees ordered in advance!
